# Billing

> Payment methods, subscription management, refunds

## Payment methods

We use Stripe. Accepted methods include cards, Apple Pay, Link, bank transfers, and regional options depending on your location. We don't store your payment information — it goes directly to Stripe.

## Billing page

At [refero.design/billing](https://refero.design/billing) you can see your current plan and transaction history.

## Customer portal

From the billing page, open the customer portal to:

* Change your payment method
* Switch between monthly and annual billing
* Change your plan
* Cancel your subscription
* Download invoices

## Adding and removing Team seats

Per-seat billing. When you add seats mid-cycle, you pay a prorated amount for the remaining period. When you remove seats, the balance is credited toward your next invoice.

## Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Cancel before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

## Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the subscription management portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

## Refunds
