Billing

Payment methods

We use Stripe. Checkout shows the payment methods available for your location. Any applicable tax or VAT is calculated before payment, and eligible businesses can provide tax information at checkout.

Billing page

At refero.design/billing you can see your current plan and transaction history.

Customer portal

From the billing page, open the customer portal to:

• Change your payment method
• Switch between monthly and annual billing
• Change your plan
• Cancel your subscription
• Download invoices

Adding and removing Team seats

Per-seat billing. When you add seats mid-cycle, you pay a prorated amount for the remaining period. When you remove seats, the balance is credited toward your next invoice.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Cancel before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the subscription management portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If you need a refund, write to support@refero.design. We review requests individually. Payments are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law. See our Terms of Use for full details.
