Payment methods

We use Stripe. Accepted methods include cards, Apple Pay, Link, bank transfers, and regional options depending on your location. We don’t store your payment information — it goes directly to Stripe.

Billing page

At refero.design/billing you can see your current plan and transaction history.

Customer portal

From the billing page, open the customer portal to:
  • Change your payment method
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • Change your plan
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Download invoices

Adding and removing Team seats

Per-seat billing. When you add seats mid-cycle, you pay a prorated amount for the remaining period. When you remove seats, the balance is credited toward your next invoice.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Cancel before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the subscription management portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except when required by law. See our Terms of Use for full details.
